DS: I want to hear why a prong collar is safer/more effective than a choke.?

I just got another dog and well he is a puller when i walk him, one thing that worked well was a nose lead, it had the normal collar part but it also has a part that goes around the nose (its not a muzzle though, he can still open his mouth) and that way instead of the presser being on the neck (which most dogs dont care about) the pressure from them pulling is on the nose, now Bentley doesnt pull anymore.
