I have a 'cinchy' horse... ?

My horse was the exact same way for about 3 months when I first got her, i thought it would never get better, but then i started to take her away from the food and tighten the saddle. When your horse tries to turn around and bite you smack her on her nose, not with full fore but enough for the horse to know you mean Business.
