Snowboard Bindings...Flow or Cinch?

if you are reffering to the k2 cinches I'd much rather get the cinches. i have them and they are really easy to use. once you get them adjusted they get into your foot in less than 15 seconds. the binding almost gets 180 degrees so you can get your foot in it. they are firm and they fit nice. Cinches definetly. go on dogfunk.com they have sales everyother day. there prices change everyday so when you feel like the price is low take it ASAP because it'll most likely change the next day. BTW i have the CTC cinches
