Where can I put a personalized tassel on a western saddle?

I trimmed my horses tail the other day and made a really cool tassel that matches his tack. I just want to personalize his tack to him and... I don't really know a good place to hang it. lol. It's med size (4inches about) and I'd rather not hang it on his bridle. I thought that some people hang horse hair tassels on the bottom of the cinch somewhere...Any good Ideas?
