Which jacket will keep me warmer?

I see two coats that I like and I can't decide. One is made with just imported polyester(Victoriassecret.com NEW! Cinch-waist Puffer Jacket) and the other is also made with imported polyester but with Down/feather fill (Victoriassecret.com Quilted Puffer Jacket with Faux Fur Trim). Also I am really skinny so I don't want to choose a jacket that will look big on me.Which one should I choose?
