Help finding Sweet 16 DRESS?

Well since its your sweet 16 you don't really want to be wearing the same dress as anyone else! So I would recommend going to local boutiques. They are more expensive then like forever 21 or charlotte russe but not as expensive as that dress!! You could probably find a really nice dress for under $150. Since its a boutique you wont really find the same dress anywear else. Try to find a nice one.
