How to get a girl/meet a old friend?

No idea how to find the one you liked. To meet others though, I find it easiest to try to find something you like doing, but that also will (hopefully) have girls there. Take a class that interests you, just go hang out places where there are good looking girls. You also have to be fairly out there and walk up and talk to them and just mess around. Have fun but at the same time trying to meet someone.
